 Dry abrasive materials delivery hose
Application: softwall bulk materials handling hose, used to convey cement, sand, gravel, silica, and other dry abrasive materials. Available at W.P. of 6 and 10 bar, with antistatic rubber compound.
Temperature range: -40°C (-40°F) to +70°C (+158°F)
CONSTRUCTION
Tube: black, smooth, NR/SBR rubber, compounded for long wear resistance in handling hard, sharp abrasive materials.
Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord.
Cover: black, smooth (wrapped finish), NR/SBR rubber, compounded for long wear resistance in handling hard, sharp abrasive materials.
Branding: continuous spiral red brand “IVG..Truck..”
Also available 2 types:
 Don super: extra resistance to abrasion, with antistatic rubber compound.
 Don BN: white tube for conveying abrasive materials that must not be stained or dry foodstuff (FDA); with antistatic copper wire, and EPDM rubber cover at W.P. of 6 and 10 bar.
YUCATAN
Abrasive suction hose
Application: hardwall corrugated hose, specially designed for abrasive materials suction, sand, gravel, cement. It is used for clean-up systems and for fast abrasive removal and storage after blast cleaning operation.
Temperature range: -30°C (-22°F) to +70°C (+158°F).
CONSTRUCTION
Tube: brown natural rubber compound for high abrasion resistant.
Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord plus, helix wire and anti-static copper wire.
Cover: black, corrugated (wrapped finish) NR/SBR rubber compound, weather resistant.
Also available:  with black natural rubber tube.
Specifications: abrasion loss of tube rubber compound according to DIN 53516: 50 +/- 5 mm3.
Branding: continuous spiral red brand “IVG.. Shannon 80“. |
